DateWheel turns timelines into an intuitive circular calendar — drag to plan, pinch to explore, share in seconds.
From the first task to the final milestone, DateWheel keeps your project at a glance.
A full 365-day ring layout — all your tasks and milestones visible at once. Drag start and end dots to adjust dates instantly with haptic snapping.
Stack up to 6 color-coded tasks back-to-back on the wheel. Drag boundary dots to resize any task while everything else adjusts automatically.
ProPin gold diamond markers on any date — go-live, review, kickoff. Each milestone can carry a custom name and a reminder notification.
Lock the entire project and drag the wheel ring to slide all tasks in unison — perfect for reschedules without disturbing relative durations.
ProSet overlapping starts (lead) or deliberate gaps (lag) between consecutive tasks. Tap any boundary to edit the relationship in days.
Attach a notification to any task or milestone: 1, 3, 7, or 14 days before the date. Schedule it and forget it.
Save a live project with real dates, or strip the dates and save a reusable template. Six built-in example templates included free.
ProEvery date change, task add, and drag is undoable. Step back through your history without fear of making a mistake.
Work in Days, Weeks, or Months — switch anytime. Duration labels on the wheel update to match your chosen unit automatically.
Switch between the classic wheel, a full calendar grid, and a Gantt chart — all live-synced to the same data.
The signature circular calendar. Swipe, drag, and pinch on a single elegant ring to plan your entire year.
Traditional month grid with every day color-coded by task. Pinch to zoom (0.65×–2.2×) and pan freely when zoomed in.
Classic horizontal bar view in landscape mode. Pinch to zoom 1×–8×, with week gridlines and a live "Today" indicator.
Pro featureEach new task gets the next color from the palette. The wheel, calendar, and Gantt chart all stay in sync.
DateWheel knows about weekends, holidays, and task dependencies — so your deadlines stay realistic.
Toggle this on and any task end date that falls on a Saturday or Sunday automatically shifts to the following Monday. The original intended duration is preserved so rescheduling from the start date still works correctly.
Choose your country's public holiday calendar — US, Canada, Mexico, or China — and DateWheel excludes those days from business-day duration calculations automatically.
Set a negative lag (lead) so the next task starts before the current one ends — great for parallel work. Or add positive lag so the next task begins N days after its predecessor finishes.
Extend a task end date and every downstream task shifts forward in lock-step. Shrink a task and the gap closes automatically — no manual date-dragging across the chain.

Pinch to zoom in on the calendar view (0.65×–2.2×) or the Gantt chart (1×–8×) for day-level detail.
When zoomed into the calendar or Gantt, pan with one finger to navigate. Bounds-clamped so you never scroll off the content.
